Instant Set - Hair Dressing Tips

Hair can be given lift, bounce, and movement with a quick set using heated rollers.

• Shampoo and condition your hair. Apply mousse and blow-dry smooth. Heat the rollers according to the manufacturer's directions.
• Wind sections of hair (about 50 mm/2 in wide) on to a roller, taking care not to buckle the ends of the hair. Use medium and small rollers at the front and sides, larger rollers on the crown.
• Wind the rollers down towards the root, making sure that the ends are tucked under smoothly. Keep the tension even. Secure each roller with the clip supplied. Mist your set hair with a styling lotion. Allow the rollers to cool completely and then remove them, taking care not to disturb the curl too much. To finish, loosen the curls by raking your fingers through them.
